I’m always looking for easy ways to make treat time a little more fun for Zero, and this whale-shaped treat dispenser immediately felt like something he needed.
Regular snacking in the summertime is not entertaining enough.
I loaded it up with Merrick dog treats, set it down, and let Zero figure it out. Within seconds, he went from casually curious to fully invested. The little whale suddenly became less of a toy and more of a very important snack mission working his brain while he can't go outside because of the heat
What I like about this dispenser is that it turns treats into a mini enrichment activity. Instead of just handing Zero a snack, he has to interact with it, use his brain a little, and work for the reward. It’s simple, cute, and pretty funny to watch.
The dispenser can also work with small kibble pieces, so it’s a fun option for Merrick dry cat food too, and the pieces do fit properly, I tested it out for you! Whether you have a dog who treats every snack like a national holiday or a cat who prefers to solve puzzles on their own terms, this little whale makes mealtime or treat time feel more interactive.

Content with snacking!
I love anything that keeps him engaged for a bit, especially when it’s super hot outside so he won't get a lot of outside time and it is easy to use and doesn’t take a ton of setup. Add a few Merrick treats, let your pet investigate, and suddenly snack time is a new game.
